Condolence: I am sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a great father, grandfather and friend that I am proud to have known for the last 39 years. I fondly remember the Reds games he took Rob and I to, his cheering at our soccer games, the support he gave my family and I in tough times, and the countless evenings spent at the kitchen table playing games with the Neal family, like it was yesterday. He will truly be missed by all that knew him.
