Ober, Alvin "Doc" beloved husband of Marie M. Ober (nee Heinzelman), devoted father of Philip (Debbie), Mark (Brenda), Alan (Sandy), Don, and Glen (Jean) Ober, dear brother of Loretta, Robert, Estelle, Elaine, and Jerry, also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. June 13, 2017. Age 85 years. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rose Church, 2501 Riverside Dr., on Sat. June 17, at 10 AM. Friends may visit at the Church on Sat. from 9-10 AM. Memorials to St. Rose Church or Mt. Washington American Legion Post 484. T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home serving the family. Doc was in the US Navy during the Korean War.
