Obituary for Betty Lee Armstrong

Armstrong, Betty Lee (nee Privett), age 84 years, formerly of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away the morning of Saturday, November 18, 2017. May she rest in peace. She was a graduate of Withrow High School and a longtime resident of Madeira, Ohio. She was an accomplished seamstress, cook, volunteer and loved singing in the church choir. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Chester E. Armstrong Jr and by her sister Kyleen Payne. She is beloved mother of sons Daniel F. Armstrong (Candis) and Thomas J. Armstrong, devoted sister of Carole Ernsting and Susan Jacob, proud grandmother of Abbigail C. Armstrong and survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at the Madeira- Silverwood Presbyterian Church 8000 Miami Avenue on Friday December 1, 2017 at 11am with Rev. Thomas Sweets officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 to 11am in the church's chapel. The family would like to express their thanks for all of the wonderful comfort and care provided by those at Twin Lakes. If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to the Friends of Twin Lakes or Madeira-Silverwood Presbyterian Church. T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home serving the family.
