Robert D "Bob" Phelps, 90 years, died peacefully, surrounded by family on December 30, 2017. He was the loving husband of Myrtle "Bunny" for 61 years. Devoted father of Regina (Joe) Goines, Michael (Judy), Andrew (Heike), Margaret (Michael) Handleton, Joseph (Michelle) and Vincent (Olga). Proud grandfather of 15 and great grandfather of 2. Also survived by his sister Loy Haney of Watsonville, California. Born in Coalinga California, he served in the Army and Navy. Graduate of Colorado State University; longtime engineer at General Electric. Lovingly remembered for his dry wit, love of reading, travel, nature, music and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.
