Barbara Sipes (nee Fennell), age 97, passed away July 7, 2023. She was the devoted wife to the late Charles G. Sipes and mother to Charles Jr. (Charlene), Michael (Jill), and Melinda Corcoran. Dear grandmother to Alison (Hayden) Riley, Emily (Josh) Jacobs, Lindsey (Noah) Stelzer, Megan Corcoran, Ashley (Dan) Connor, Lauren (Justin) Gunn, great-grandmother to Sydney & Brandon Riley, Nora & Claire Jacobs, Ruby & Frances Stelzer, Thomas & Abigail Connor, Brayden, Payton and Reagan Gunn. Daughter to late parents, Walter Fennell and Ruby Fennell (nee Higgins), big sister to Deborah Clark (nee Fennell) and late brothers, Walter and John Fennell.
