Bernard "Bernie" Gott

Bernard "Bernie" Andrew Gott died peacefully on April 6, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary (nee Brinck) Gott. Dear father of Laura (Bart) Friedmann, Tom (Julie), Jim (Ann) and Bob. Loving grandfather of Drew, Michael, Ellen, Nick, Caroline, Jimmy, and Tommy. Devoted brother of Margaret (Bernie) Wiechman, Lori (Ken) Kuntz and Mary (Don) Creelman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth and Herman Gott. Bernie served in the Army Corp of Engineers during the Korean War. Retired from Cincinnati Gas & Electric. He was involved in many activities: multiple offices with Guardian Angels, President of the Civic Club, baseball coach, Mt. Washington tennis, and a member of "the Gang of Eight", etc. Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church, Mt. Washington on Thur. April 11 at 10 AM. Friends may visit at the Church on Thur. from 9-10 AM.Committal service at Guardian Angels Cemetery followed by a reception at Grove Park Grille. In lieu of flowers, donations to Guardian Angels School would be appreciated.
