Betty Gleason

Betty Ann Gleason (nee Steinhauer), 96 of Cincinnati passed away August 8, 2024. She was born March 30, 1928 the daughter of the late Bernard J and Clara (nee Schroder) Steinhauer.

Beloved wife of the late John Paul Gleason. Loving mother of Gary (Amy Heekin) Gleason, Bernard (Tina McMillin) Gleason, John Patrick Gleason, Patricia (Richard) Bukosky, Robert (Margaret "Peggy" Toelke) Gleason, the late Denise (the late David) Gilligan and James Gleason. Mother-in-law of Paula Gleason. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie Brady, Heather Farris, Nicole Ryan, Zachary Gleason, Jacob Polson, Laura Bukosky, Taylor Mintz, John Paul Gleason and Caroline Lyons, five great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Rita Doud.

Betty worked for 20 years at the Mt. Washington Public Library. She was very creative, making many craft projects over the years. Betty always saw the humor in everything.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024, 11:30 AM at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave.) where family and friends will be received from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Burial immediately following at St. Mary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her honor may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society or to Crayons to Computers.
