Neff, Carl E., beloved husband of Emma Ries Neff and dear brother of John Neff. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by four brothers, Died, April 1, 2013. Age 80 years. Residence Bethel. Funeral services will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Friday, April 5 at 1 pm. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 11 am to 1 pm.
