Catherine Olean Hager (nee Mitchell) Kate Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Robert Hager Sr, and the beloved wife of the late Howard (Sonny) Davidson. Loving mother to Robert Hager Jr., Rick (Cathy) Hager, Roseann (Ted) Forbes, and Randy (Angie Douthitt) Hager. Beloved Nana to Teddy Forbes (Leah Rosenfeldt), Corey Hager, Katie (Matt) Orloski, Amanda Hager, Nickolaus Hager, Shelby Hager, Alaina Hager, Rhiauna Hager, Dalton Hager, Holly Forbes and Kyle (Carissa) Douthitt. Great Nana to Colton and Peyton Orloski, Orion Hager and baby Douthitt. Proceeded in death by parents Joseph J. Mitchell and Martha Mitchell (nee Gurley). Dearest sister of Isabella (the late Joe) McHale, John (Cathy) Mitchell, William (Donna) Mitchell and the late Edward (Loraine) Mitchell. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family. Special friends Bunny, Snook, Toots and the late Katherine Moore. Kate worked at Shillitos Department store in Cincinnati for several years. Afterwards Kate started babysitting in her home where she took care of many children. She loved each and every child that she cared for as if it were her own. They were all spoiled and like family to her and her late husband Robert. Then, she began to care for all her Grandchildren as they were born. She cherished each and every one. They were her life! She loved her children and grandchildren so much! Her favorite Holiday was Christmas, she loved the Lord and filled our Holiday with so many gifts, you almost couldn't walk in the living room! She gave with all her heart to those she loved, her Church, Friends and Family. Kate passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. Age 82. Friends may call at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Avenue, Mt. Washington, on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 12-1 pm where the funeral service will be held at 1 pm. Minister Terry Peer from Glen Este Church of Christ officiating. Burial service will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
