Germann, Cecil M. beloved husband of Mary Germann (nee Pelzer) married for 60 years, devoted father of Grant (Lorrie), Bruce, Cecilia, Victor (Susan), and the late Matthew Germann, loving grandfather of Nicholas and Christopher, dear brother of Jim, the late Markie, Joe, Fan, Sr. Regina, Sr. Sarah, and Tom, also survived by many nieces and nephews.
