Barnes and his late Grandma JoAnn Boehmer; Chad is also survived by many Caring Aunts, Uncles and Cousins; Monday, July 22, 2013; Residence Cincinnati, Ohio; Upon his death, Chad was a true hero to many people; He was able to touch and save many lives with the rare gift of organ donation; A Visitation will be held for Chad at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:30 PM at the Funeral Home; Memorial contributions may be given to the Life Center, 615 Elsinore Place Suite #400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202;
