Charles "Chuck" C. King

Charles "Chuck" King, born March 22, 1934, passed away June 7th, 2023 at age 89, of West Chester, OH. Chuck was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Margaret King (nee Burke), his parents, Charles and Bernice King, and his sister, Joan Hayes. Chuck is survived by his children, Kevin King (Sue), Elizabeth Waldmann (Joseph), Paul King (Mary), and Margaret Reising (John). Chuck leaves 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Chuck graduated from St. Charles High School and The Ohio State University, Columbus, and Xavier University, Cincinnati. He began his career teaching and coaching at Finneytown High School and St. Xavier High School, Cincinnati, where he also was the Athletic Director, and retired from a career in the insurance industry. Chuck enjoyed traveling, photography, bird-watching, sports, and most of all, his family and friends. A private, family service will be held at St. Josephs Cemetery, Columbus.
