Charles E. "Charlie/Chuck" Smith beloved husband of Mary Rose Smith (nee Spelbrink), loving father of Julie (Chuck) Lawrence, Tom (Ann) Smith & the late Michael (Kelly) Smith, caring grandfather of Sergeant First Class Anthony (Tiffany), Connor, Katherine & Victoria, great grandfather of Melanie, Liam, Michael, Isaac & Jacob, dear brother of Mary Carlson, the late Bonnie Rupp & the late Rebecca Surles. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Peacefully passed away surrounded by family on Jan. 23, 2024, at the age of 88. Resident of Anderson Twp. Vice President of Engineering at Enerfab, Inc for 42 years and proud graduate of the University of Tennessee. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stephen Church, 3804 Eastern Ave., on Sat. Jan. 27 at 11AM. Friends may visit the church on Sat. from 9:30-11AM. If desired, memorials to St Stephen Church.
