Charlotte A. Pieples (nee. Mallott), age 83 of Anderson Twp., died February 10, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Thomas E. Pieples. Loving sister of the late Shirley (Mike) Fitzgerald (Mallott), Devoted mother to Gary (Kathy) Pieples, Gregg (Diane) Pieples, Tommy (Diana) Pieples, Jill (Skip) Stein, Lori (Bryan) Morrison. Adoring grandmother to 14 grandchildren Grant, Devin, Jackson, Kody, Luca, Kendall, Satchel, Mckenzie, Leo, Karson, Olivia, Nylah, Marissa, and Brayden.
Charlotte was born and raised in Cincinnati. She was a graduate of Mercy High School (1957) and Good Samaritan Nursing School (1960). Charlotte had a long career in nursing not retiring until the age of 79. She started and owned her own homecare business, CareWise home health with her dear friends Alida, Carol and Karen. She worked at the Council on Aging and was a volunteer for OSHIP assisting seniors with Medicare. She volunteered for homeless programs in downtown Cincinnati, assisting individuals with mental health and substance use connecting to resources and finding housing.
Charlotte was devoted to the church and was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary for over 50 years, volunteering for countless programs for the parish community, Steven Minister, Bereavement Committee, Health Commission, Fund Raising, Adoration, and the annual festival.
Grandma loved both sitting on her back deck, hanging with her grandkids and attending their sporting events. Sundays were the highlight of her week and were reserved for Family dinner where all her kids and grandkids would come and hang out for hours.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Saturday, February 18th at 10:30 am. Friends may visit at the church on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am. If desired, memorials may be directed to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 4370 Glendale Milford Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242
