Christopher David Phillips was born on November 6, 1970 and departed this earth on October 9, 2024. Chris is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Renee Rogers Phillips as well as his two children, Josh and Karissa Phillips. He also leaves behind his mother, Diana Phillips and sister Jennifer Phillips, both of Ripley OH, and his mother in law Donna Rogers, of Cincinnati OH and other extended family members.
Chris was the cherished son of the late James Phillips and his late father in law, Bill Rogers. He was proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents, David and Dorothy Schroth, paternal grandparents, Ileta and Jim Phillips. He was also proceeded in death by his first spouse, Lisa Smith Phillips and infant son, Jacob Michael.
Chris was a 1989 graduate of Ripley High School and was employed at Honda East of Cincinnati serving the company in many capacities for 35 years. Chris loved to tinker with RC cars in his spare time and was a dedicated follower of the NASCAR series. He also enjoyed hosting hilarious family game nights and pool parties. He delighted his family when he perfected his skills as a true grill master.
Chris was a dedicated husband, father and a true family man. He enjoyed life and always had a funny story or joke to share. To quote a coworker , "he made the job fun".
Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 19, 2024 at Clough United Methodist
Church. Visitation starting at 11:00am and service at 12:00pm.

To the Anderson Township Paramedics, Doctors and Nursing staff in CVICU of Christ Hospital and Mercy Anderson for being so kind and thoughtful to our family. The staff of Hospice of Cincinnati who ensured we were all aware of every step of his stay and accommodated us all with kindness and respect. Your kindness sustained our family. We also want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. Whether that be a phone call, text message, social media message or just saying a silent prayer to yourself for our family. We are blessed to have you all beside us as we endured this difficult time.
