McNeal beloved husband of Christine "Chris" McNeal (nee Klug), devoted father of Kim (Andy) Chambers, Stacey (Christopher) Frede, Beth (Matt) Hoyt, and Bobby (Julie) McNeal, dear son of Marcia and the late Neal McNeal, caring brother of Leslie (John) Amato, Peggy (the late Greg) Hamm, Marcie (Terry) Lawson, Scott (Janet), Tom (LouAnn), Brian (Carol), Donald (Jenny), Christopher, and Bill McNeal, loving grandfather of Abby, Nate, Hannah, Nick, Matthew, Caroline, Adam, Neal, Kate, Anna, Daniel, Finn, and Jackson, caring brother-in-law of Leslie (Jim) Scott and Joan Weller, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Died Mar. 18, 2021 at age 68. Residence New Richmond, OH. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette Church, Amelia, OH on Wed. Mar. 24, at 11 AM.
