David King

King, David L. Age 79 years. Died peacefully on May 19, 2013, surrounded by his family. David was born in Portsmouth, OH and moved to Cinti. at the age of 7 and grew up in the East End. Beloved life partner of 25 years to Marla Ungethuem, devoted brother of Ruth Dillinder, dear father of Mike and Susan King, loving grandfather of Davi, Owen, and Olivia. David worked for Cinti. Bell for 35 years as an installer and test desk repair employee and served 3 years in England in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict and was a proud veteran. He also belonged to Queen City Lodge #559 F&AM, Scottish Rite, and Shriners. He enjoyed rooting for all the local sport teams, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with his family and friends. Per his request there will be no funeral or graveside services. David will be buried in the family plot at Mt. Moriah Cemetery next to his parents. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations can be made to the charity of your choice or to the Alzheimer's Association at 644 Linn St. Cinti., OH 45202. www.alz.org.
