David R. Upchurch loving husband of Shirley Upchurch (nee Duckworth), beloved father of Anthony D. (Robin) Upchurch, Annette D. (Gary) Gardner, Alan D. (Jodi) Upchurch, Albert D. (Susan) Upchurch, and Andrea D. (Bill) Bellis, devoted brother of Jerry (Kaye) Upchurch, Diana (Ron) House, and the late Donald Upchurch, son of the late Eugene and Wilma Upchurch, also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Died Sept. 27, 2021 at age 76. Residence Anderson Twp. Service at First Baptist Church of Glen Este, 1034 Old St. Rt. 74, Batavia, OH 45103 on Sun. Oct. 3, at 6 PM.
