Sinclair (nee Charles) beloved wife of Tom Sinclair, devoted mother of Tommy Ray Charles, dear daughter of Donna and the late Raymond Charles, caring sister of Bill (Gail), Tammy, Lisa (Chris), Mary, and the late Sammy, loving grandmother of Chloe and Carly, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mar. 29, 2019. Age 50 years. Formerly of East End. Graveside Service at Baltimore Pike Cemetery, 3200 Costello Ave., on Tues. April 2, at 2 PM. Friends may visit at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Tues. from 12:30-1:30 PM. Deloris was the assistant to the Hamilton County Commissioners for 24 years.
