Adkins, Easter (nee Abbott) wife of the late Loya Adkins, devoted mother of Gabrae (Steve) Hack, Deborah (Kenneth) Hall and John Carter, the late Patricia Beard, Brenda Carter, Mary Adkins Roberts, and the late Shirley Adkins. Sister of Noel Abbott, Elevena Kidd and Glendola Morgan, also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, Aug.14, 2014, residence Felicity, OH. Memorial service at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave.,Mt. Washington on Wednesday Aug. 20 at 12 Noon. Friends may visit on Wednesday 11 A.M. to 12 Noon.
