Elsie McEvoy (nee Rigg) wife of the late Joseph McEvoy, beloved mother of Susan (Jerry) Doepker and Patricia (Donz) Dye, sister of the late Dorothy Delves and Kathleen Cauldwell, dear grandmother of Jill (Lou), Kerry (Rob), Kevin, and Kristin (Adam), also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
