Esther Reis

Esther Ellen Reis (nee Whatley) age 95, formerly of Westwood, died March 22, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Col. Elmer J. Reis, US Army Ret. and former Assistant Chief of Police, Cincinnati Police Dept., devoted mother of the late Carol Reis, and dear sister of the late Freda Lillian Nicholl and Antoinette Phedon Phillips. She is also survived by her loving extended family in England and many caring friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Westwood, on Tuesday, April 12th at 10:30 am. Friends may visit at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Guardian Angels Cemetery, Anderson Twp. T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home serving the family.
