Barr (nee Humphries); devoted father of Curtis Barr and Barbara Barr; dear brother of Karen Chandler; loving grandfather of Gaige Barr, Jaidyn Barr, Paige Barr, Ashlee McCabe, Zoey Wile, & Alaina Wile; great grandfather of Summer & Elijah. Also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Died Oct. 3, 2023 at the age of 72. Resident of Williamsburg, OH. Private Service. Eugene served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
