Frank Addison Hunold, Age 97, died April 10, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Frank was born in Port Washington, NY on December 14, 1920 to Frank Hunold and Margaret Hunold. After serving in the U.S. Air force during WWII as a pilot training bombardiers, he graduated from Lehigh University in 1947 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After living several years in Texas, Frank moved to Hamilton, Ohio in 1961. In 1978, Frank married Vicki Koop. Frank and Vicki have resided in Cincinnati since 1978. Frank had a variety of interests, ranging from motorcycles to flying to ballroom dancing. He and Vicki spent many years together teaching ballroom dancing in the Cincinnati area. Frank is survived by his wife, Vicki Koop Hunold, his children Frank A. Hunold, Jr. and wife Rachel, Betsy Anderson and husband Kevin, Joe Hunold and wife Peggy, and Kathy Horton and husband Pete, his stepsons Michael Koop and wife Terry, and Ken Koop and wife Sherry, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive visitors at Faith United Church of Christ, 6886 Salem Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45230 on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 10 to 11 AM. The funeral service will immediately follow at the church at 11 AM. Entombment with military honors will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park Mausoleum, 10209 Plainfield Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.
