Rumping, Frank Edward husband of the late Sarah Elizabeth Rumping (nee Lunsford) beloved father of Frank Edward (Rose Anna), Phillip Lee (Sandra), and Joseph Franklin Rumping, and Tina Louise (David) Groh, devoted brother of Charles Henry Rumping and Mary Lou Prows, dear grandfather of Jeff (Toni), Brian (Abby), Greg (Mandy), Lori (Jason), Joe, Max, Anna, Andrew (Kim), Kim, Shawn (Cindy), and Norm, also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
