With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Gail Consola who peacefully left us on April 1, 2025, at the age of 73 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 21, 1951, in New York, NY, to Josephine and Gregory Katulka. She was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, whose life was defined by her love for others and her unwavering strength.
She survived by her beloved Husband of 20 years, Garry Haff. Gail was the proud Mother of Jamie Holleran (Adam) and Vincent Consola Jr. (Stephanie), and a beloved Grandmother to Jake Holleran, Vincent Consola III, Samantha Holleran, and Sofia Consola. Along with her Stepchildren Lorelle McClure and Lindsey Hamilton (Dustin). Also, her Step Grandchildren, George Walter Haff, Ariana Rivera, Alicia Rivera, Maci Hamilton, and Mason Hamilton, She was preceded in death by Josephine Katulka (Mother), Gregory Katulka (Father), Robert Katulka (Brother), and Kathleen Lamberti (Sister).
Throughout her life, Gail was known for her boundless compassion, generosity, and a heart that welcomed all who crossed her path. She had the ability to make everyone feel at home, whether it was with a new acquaintance or an old friend.
Her devotion to her family was unparalleled. As a wife, she was a loving and devoted partner, always putting the needs of her family first. As a mother, she was a source of unwavering support and a steady presence through every challenge. She treasured the role of grandmother, showering her grandchildren with affection and teaching them the value of kindness, resilience, the importance of family bonds, and how to make the best pierogis.
In her professional life, Gail worked as an office manager where she was respected for her work ethic and dedication. Outside of her professional career, she had a great passion for gardening and cooking. She enjoyed sharing those interests with others. Whether it was making her backyard look like a tropical oasis or simply gathering around the kitchen table to share stories and laughter, she brought joy and warmth into the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
A visitation service will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington) on April 7, 2025, from 5-7pm. Friends, family, and loved ones are invited to gather and celebrate her extraordinary life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society (donate HERE) in honor of her being a 2-time cancer survivor. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of her love and friendship.

Gail has left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She was the heart and soul of our family and will forever be remembered for her love, grace, and unshakable devotion. Her spirit will live on in the many lives she touched.
