Parker (nee Mitchell) devoted father of Jeffrey (Lisa) and Todd Parker, Tina (Bill) Spanagel, Michelle (Eric) Chan, and James (Nadine) Murphy, dear brother of Gayle (Dwight) Haskins and Becky (Jeff) Gillum, also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
