James A. Wheeldon

James A. Wheeldon, age 84 of Union Twp., died August 30, 2023. He was the beloved father of Tony (Amy) Wheeldon, Linda (Jack) Carnes, Jamie (Ryan) Faulkner, Robin (Mike) Huffsteder, and the late Joan (Doug) Younger, cherished grandfather of Connor and Leyton Wheeldon, Lily and Ross Carnes, Gabriel, Joey, Logan, and Isabella Faulkner, Mason, Lauren, and Sarah Huffsteder, Jennifer (Travis) Phillips, Sydney Younger, and the late Stephanie Younger, loving great-grandfather Cory and Joanie Phillips, Kennedy Henson, and Vivian and Eleanor Northern, and caring brother of Joyce Young and the late Gene Wheeldon, Betty Culp, and Bill Wheeldon. Also survived by his former spouse and companion Peggy Wheeldon. Jim was a retired Cincinnati Firefighter and longtime employee of Portman Equipment. He also proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. A blessing will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Wednesday, September 6th at 12 pm. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 am to 12 pm. If desired, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
