Boling, Jane B., age 86 of Cincinnati, Ohio died August 4, 2016. Jane was born March 2, 1930 in Cincinnati. She married Robert F. Boling on April 14, 1951. Jane was a homemaker, teacher and community volunteer. A proud graduate of both Walnut Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati, she taught math for the Cincinnati Public Schools as well as tutored many students in her home. She was active in her daughter's schooling serving in many ways including Kilgour PTA President and Walnut High School Parent Board. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority and served as Chapter Advisor, she served on the Board of the Cincinnati Woman's Club during her 46 years of membership; was a member of the English Speaking Union and was a member of the League of Women Voters. Her artistic talents were visible through sewing, painting and drawing. She had a love of travel. She and 2 dear friends had a partnership for many years creating musicals shows to help organizations raise funds as well as to celebrate special events. She was a long time member of The Church of the Redeemer in Cincinnati. She is survived by her husband Robert E. Boling, her daughter Ellen B. (Douglas) Zemke and step grandsons Craig (Elizabeth) and Steven (Emily) Zemke. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie B. Bell and her father. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jane may be sent to The Cincinnati Woman's Club, 330 Lafayette, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220 or the charity of your choice. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Church of the Redeemer, Hyde Park at 2 P.M. after which there will be a reception at the Church.
