Charlton, Jane E. (nee Phillips) wife of the late Joseph R. Charlton, beloved mother of Nancy (Bob) Russ, dear grandmother of Daniel (Hanna) and Victoria Russ, daughter of the late Charles and Elsie Phillips, also survived by several nieces and nephews.
