Jerry E. Meyer passed away on June 5th, 2022, in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 78 after a long and full life. He was an amazing father and will be missed terribly. Jerry is survived by his two children, Cody and Lauren Meyer, and his two grandchildren, Reese and Theodore Meyer, all residing in Cincinnati.
Jerry was born on June 29, 1943, to Edward Meyer and Hortense Meyer (nee Jewett). He served four years in the Air Force, before focusing much of his life on nature conservation and educating future generations about wildlife. He was a passionate individual who loved people, local sports, and all things outdoors.
A private celebration of life is planned for close family members.
Donations can be made in Jerrys name to Raptor Inc. or to Cincinnati Parks, organizations he was very passionate about and dedicated much of his time to.
