John Gries

John V. Gries, age 56, formerly of Mt. Washington, died October 15, 2018. He was the beloved son of the late Joseph and Kathryn Harris Gries, dear step-son of Doris Suttman Gries, loving brother of Kathleen (John) McOwen, Marcia (Paul) Reitenbach, Sally (Dennis) Kevill, Joseph J. (Margaret) Gries, Rosemary (Randy) Quinn, Deanna (John) Rauen, Jeff (Diane) Suttman, and the late Paul Gries. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a 1980 graduate of McNicholas High School. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Guardian Angels Church on Tuesday, October 23rd at 10:30 am. Friends may visit at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home. 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington, on Monday from 5 to 8 pm. If desired., memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati.
