John R. Vorholt, husband of the late Betty J. Vorholt (nee Schwerin), beloved father of John, Bruce, Brian (Paula Miller), and Barry (Christine) Vorholt, Joanne (Bob) Bollman, Joyce (Chris) King, the late Patsy Vorholt and Jane Triska, devoted brother of Trudy (Jim) Stross, dear grandfather of Jonathan, Kippy (Rudi), Jason, Ben (Kristy), Nathan, Kelsey, Madeleine, Eric (Catherine), Robert, Emily, Claire, Matthew (Stephanie), Cody, and Steffany, also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends. Died Mar. 11, 2021 at age 93. Residence Mt. Washington. Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church, Mt. Washington on Fri. Mar. 19, at 10:30 AM. John retired from Cincinnati Fire Department after 33 years of service and was in the US Navy during WW II.
