Joseph "Joey" "Mojo" Earl Otis

Joseph "Mojo" Earl Otis passed peacefully at age 37 on October 14th, 2021. Survived by his loving mother Paula Fugate Steinher, devoted sisters Tammy Donaldson and Abigail Miller, and countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends whom he adored. He shined his brightest when granted the opportunity to revert to his childlike sensibility and play with his nieces, nephews, his God son, and his closest friends. He was welcomed Home by his father Robert Steinher and his brother Fredrick Otis who preceded him in his passing. Joey was an accomplished man who enjoyed many pursuits, but none more than making people laugh. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Tamar's Place.
