WILLIAMS, Joseph "Joe", beloved husband of Deborah "Debbie" for 47 years, loving father of Heather Lynne (Soltis) and Kelly Anne, and proud papa of Macey Soltis sadly passed away November 6, 2016, at age 69. Joe retired from G.E. in 2012 after 44 years of an illustrious career as an electrical engineer. Joe truly enjoyed Steelers football, traveling, photography, and his family.
