Joyce Dority

Joyce A. Dority was 85 years old when she passed peacefully on March 7, 2021. She was born in
Batavia, Ohio at the home of her grandparents Grace and Floyd Pop Kinner. Joyce had very
fond memories of growing up in Batavia and the time she spent with her grandparents.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents Maragret and Thomas Tolin of Bethel, Ohio and
granddaughter Amber Kiesel. Joyce was the oldest of four children, Terry Tolin, Mark Tolin and
Lisa (Tolin) Hertz. Joyce married Robert (Bob) Dority in 1953 and is survived by their children;
Elizabeth Beth Dority, Robin Gebell and Jay Dority, along with her ten grandchildren, and nine
great-grandchildren.

Joyce was an accomplished business woman, who loved her family, music, dancing and her
home of 30+ years in the hills of Clermont county, lovingly referred to as The Farm. She will
live on in our hearts and our memories forever.
