Joyce J. Ledbetter

Joyce E. Ledbetter (nee Rice) age 83 of Anderson Twp., died October 15, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Gene D. Ledbetter, devoted mother of Shelly (the late William) Bolte and the late Jeffrey Johns, and loving grandmother of Audrey Bolte. Joyce was a Dental Hygientist and worked at multiple dentist practices over the years. She loved gardening and flowers, taking great pride in planting and maintaining the flowers at both her church and condo community. Joyce was an avid dancer and member of the Dancing Grandmas. She also had a true passion for tennis, playing until she was in her mid-seventies and was blessed with being able to play golf until 3 years ago. Memorial service will be held at Anderson Hills United Methodist Church on Monday, October 24th at 11:30 am. Friends may visit at the church on Monday from 10 to 11:30 am. Joyce was a two-time Breast Cancer survivor, and the family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Susan G.
