Joyce L. Whitaker (née Knippling) of Anderson Twp, age 90, died on Dec. 20, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles L. "Leigh" Whitaker, devoted mother of the late Robert Whitaker and Kerrie Braun, loving sister of Meryle (Donald) Dummer, and the late Lawrence Knippling, Virginia (Ray) Smith, Thelma (Francis) Brookshire, LaVern (John) Poliksa, Robert (Alice) Knippling, Martha (Fred) Margulies, and Shirley (Robert) Cornuelle, also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at T.P. WHITE & SONS Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Sat., Jan. 15, at 12:00 p.m.
