June M. Madden (nee Suiter), wife of the late Bill Madden, Sr., beloved mother of Vicki (Bill Faul) Hoskins, Patty (Bill) Pierson, and Bill Madden, Jr, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, at the age of 94. June was the devoted sister of the late Betty Martin, the late Mildred Wilson, the late Charles "Bud" Suiter, and loving daughter of the late Katie and Dutch Suiter. June was survived by nine grandkids, nine great-grandkids, five great-great grandkids, and many nieces and nephews.

June loved her family dearly, and was known for her incredible cooking, her wonderful sense of humor, and her fun-loving spirit. June grew up in Oakley, where she met her husband, Bill, when she worked at the 20th Century Theater. They were married for over 40 years, and June spent her life devoted to her family. June nurtured those around her, and her home was filled with love and laughter. She enjoyed going to the movies, dining out, and playing cards with friends, especially her beloved sister and companion, Millie. She loved a good joke, a sentimental note, family celebrations, spoiling her grandkids, and decorating her home for Christmas. June worked for many years in childcare at the M.E. Lyons YMCA, where she touched the lives of countless young children.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation Tuesday, July 30 from 10-11am at TP White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave. in Mt. Washington. A memorial service will immediately follow at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to The Alzheimer's Association, or the American Cancer Society.
