Lisa Connelly

Connelly, Lisa A.. of Pierce Twp., passed away unexpectedly on November 29, 2015 at the age of 37 years. She was the beloved daughter of Mike and Cindy Connelly, devoted partner of Telly Kools, loving mother of Levi Michael Kools, cherished sister of Amy (Tom) Smith, dear granddaughter of Jennie Johnson and the late Tom Johnson, Mike & Rosella Connelly. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends whose lives she touched. Lisa's final gift was to be an organ donor. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 800 Ohio Pike, Withamsville, on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 11 am, following the visitation for family and friends, at the church, from 8 am to 11 am.
