Lola Stone

Stone, Lola Mae (nee Williams), age 77 years, of Cincinnati, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at Anderson Mercy Hospital. She was born July 24,1939, the daughter of Max and Nellie Williams. Lola was a lifelong member of Forestville Baptist Church, she loved spending quality time with family and friends. Sewing and quilting was her favorite past time. She is survived by her husband, Gordon, and by six children and their spouses, Rick (Sheri) Nickum FL, Dan (Cindy) Nickum OH, Jenney (Troy) Crain IL, Jeffrey (Christina) Stone PA, Jannell (Eric) Turner OH, Jerald (Candy) Stone IN, Linda (John) Rathbone OH; eighteen grandchildren and their spouses, Shanna (Brian) Ebert, Richard (Amy) Branson, Carolynn (Roman) Balcar, Jana Nickum, Benjamin (Tara) Nickum, Tiffany (Josh) Shiffer, Lori (Tony) Bostic, Kevin Crain, Lindsay (Andrew) Rasfeld, Stephen Stone, Megan (Andrew) Kratochvil, Logan Stone, Kaili Glazier, Brittani (Christian) Coppedge, Paige Glazier, Lauryn Stone, William Wendel, Leah Wendel; seventeen great grandchildren; three sisters, Pat Robinette, Katherine Smith and Barb Latham and two brothers, Ted Williams and Larry Williams; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Bill and Stan; three sisters: Mary Louise Knapp, Bonnie Homan and Debbie Marshall; and son, James Stone. Visitation is Saturday, February 4, from 9-10:30 AM, funeral to follow at 10:30 AM, both at Forestville Baptist Church, 1311 Nagel Road, officiant Pastor Brent Jones.
