Marilyn "Lynn" Sollberger

Marilyn "Lynn" Ann Sollberger, [6/12/1942-10/2/20204] beloved wife of Charles W. Sollberger. Devoted mom to Michael Wagner and Jennifer Hepburn. Loving mom-in-law to Rose Wagner and Chuck Hepburn. Step-mom to Patricia Bonacorsi, her husband Chris, step-grandmom to their children Michael, Francesca, Isabella, and Julianna Bonacorsi, step-great grandma to Chris' daughter, Cecilia. Sister to Diane Yancey-Lassmann [Peter Yancey-Lassmann] and aunt to Deni Robey and Shannon Harwood [Ben Harwood and children Ashley and Noah]. Reunited in heaven with parents Marjorie and Ken Yancey and sister Eilleen Hurst and brother-in-law, Dave Hurst.

Family was most important to Lynn and she created many families. She cherished her American Legion family at Post 484. She served by chairing the annual carnival, monthly breakfast, fish fry, New Years dances, and as a worker on many events. She was also President, 2nd Vice, VA&R chair on both the local and district level. She loved her church family, enjoying serving turkey dinners at Anderson Hills Christian Church and helping the welcome center at Mt.Washington Baptist Church. She was a talented artist, crafter, seamstress, an organizer and devoted all her talents and energies to the people and causes she loved.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 8 at 11AM at Mt. Washington Baptist Church, 2021 Sutton Ave. Friends may visit the family at the church from 10-11AM. Burial at Pierce Twp. Cemetery.
