McCabe, Mary T. (nee Roquet) beloved wife of the late Louis McCabe, devoted mother of Kathy (Jeff) Bollmer, Patti (Norb) Fenker, John and Tom McCabe, dear grandmother of Jenny, Katie, Maggie, Lindsey, and Tommy, cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. Feb. 19, 2013. Age 100 years. Residence Withamsville. Mary was devoted to her faith, family, and friends. The beloved matriarch of a large extended family, she provided stability, support and comfort to all. She was revered as the family historian and archivist, and until very recently was always active, enjoying shopping, card playing, and traveling. She attributed her longevity to exercise and a positive attitude, insisting on doing things for herself instead of relying on others. Mary was an inspiration to all who knew her.
