Matthew J. Metz

Matthew J. Metz beloved son of Deborah H. (nee Hundemer) & Jerome J. Metz Jr., dear brother of Andrew T (Ryan Bishop) Metz & Angela C. (Shannon Fischesser), loving uncle of Genevieve & Asher, also survived by many aunts, uncles, & cousins. Died Sept. 26, 2021 at the age of 38. Resident of Mt. Washington. Matt was an electrical engineer, with a PE certification in several states. He loved his dogs Susie and Luna, and often took them hiking and camping in area parks and national forests. Matt's special calling was music. He played drums and sang with various professional bands and musicians with regular gigs at quality venues or just dropped in on an open mic session when he could. Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Anderson Twp., on Fri. Oct. 22, at 10 AM. Friends may visit T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Sat.
