Melinda L. "Mindy" Weaver (nee Church) beloved wife of Roger L. Weaver, devoted mother of the late Brian Cooke, loving step-mother of Laura Cooke, Brendan O. Weaver, and Audrey V. Weaver, caring daughter of the late Eulala and Roger Church, fond daughter-in-law of Thomas and Virginia Weaver, dear sister of Melissa L. (Michael) Griswold and the late Glenn Rice, special sister-in-law of Debbie and Jeffrey Burtch, Tom and Pam Weaver, also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, special friend and sorority sister of Donna Lewis, many friends and co-workers. Mindy was employed at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for 32 years before retiring in 2016 and graduated from Morehead State University in 1978. She was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority and past President of the American Association of Professional Women. (AAPW).
