Mwafag Bakhit Gammoh, affectionately known as Mike, passed away on July 21, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and relentless dedication to family. Born to the late Bakhit and Sara Gammoh, he was a beloved husband to Afaf Gammoh, and a loving father to Amjad Gammoh. Mwafag was a greatly admired uncle to many nieces and nephews, who will forever treasure his memory.

In 1967, Mwafag embarked on a brave journey from Amman to the United States driven by a dream-the American dream to build a better life and pave the way for his family. His journey was not just about seeking opportunities; it was about creating a legacy. He became the patriarch of the Gammoh family, a guiding light whose footsteps his brothers proudly followed.

Mwafag's home was not just a home; it was a sanctuary. His doors were always open, and his hospitality knew no bounds. He relished in sharing his home, filling it with laughter, warmth, and the aroma of his wife's amazing cooking. He often reminded us, "Family is everything, and our time here is limited, so cherish every moment." His simple yet profound words continue to resonate with us, guiding us through each day. Mwafag now joins his brothers and sister in heaven. His legacy is one of love, resilience, and unwavering faith in the power of family.
