Natalie Clure

McClure, Natalie Marie (nee Rielag), 91 years, of Anderson Twp, died on Oct. 8, 2015. Natalie was born on August 27, 1924 in Norwood, OH. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Rielag & Eleanor Miller Rielag; devoted sister to Leslie (late Oliver) Horn and the late Patricia (Thomas) Siereveld. Natalie graduated from Norwood HS in 1942. In 1946, she married the love of her life, the late John Albert McClure. They enjoyed 57 yrs. together and were blessed with eight children to whom she dedicated her life. Natalie was known for her endless volunteer & leadership efforts with Guardian Angels, Mercy Hospital, Sisters of St. Joseph Guild, Anderson Parks, Anderson Chamber, Meals on Wheels, Girl Scouts, and numerous sports teams. Recognized for her vast volunteer contributions she was awarded the 1997 Anderson Twp. Citizen of the Year; 2004 Governors Award; and 2007 Grand Marshall of the July 4th Parade. Family was central to Natalie's life. She is survived by her children and grandchildren. She was the devoted mother of Mark (Susanne), Carol (late Patrick Lamy), Jim, Molly (Andy Worth), Jeanne (Skip Rasfeld), Katie (Chris Poliak), Biz (Jim Yersky), and Margaret (Mark Vogler). She was the dedicated grandmother to Martine (David), Josh, Drew, Ryan, Shawn, Eric, Katie (Blair), Matt (Jessica), Kailee, Dan, Zak, Brittney, Alex, Carlie, Morgan and Jillian. Visitation is Saturday Oct 17th from 8:30 to 9:30am at Guardian Angels Church 6531 Beechmont Ave; followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM. The family encourages everyone to attend a celebration lunch following the services.
