Root, Norman W. beloved husband of the late Joan Root (nee Doughty) devoted father of Leslyn R. (Paul) Masterson, Debbie M. (Tim Long) Root, and Karen L. Lacy, dear grandfather of Stephanie E. Lacy and Park Masterson, great-grandfather of Talan A. Lacy and Gavin K. Farmer, brother of the late June Klein, Mary Peters, and James Root, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Feb. 12, 2017. Norman served in the US Coast Guard during the Korean War.
