Lynch (nee Shepard) devoted father of Valerie (Morgan) Tanner, Tina (Kevin) Jensen, and Nathan (Amy) Lynch, loving grandfather of Sarah (Jonathan), Zach, Arielle (Nathan), Daniel, Bailey, and Ally, great-grandfather of Kate and Abigail, dear brother of Sue Collins and Ann Cash, also survived by nieces and nephews. Feb. 22, 2014. Age 78 years. Residence Anderson Twp. Service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 700 Clough Pike Eastgate on Sat. Mar. 1, at 11 AM. Friends may visit at the Church on Sat. from 10-11 AM. Memorials to Crossroads Hospice or the Gardner Center for Parkinson's Disease at University of Cincinnati. Oliver was retired from the US Army Reserves and US Postal Service.
