Patricia "Pat" Nolan Noonan, 82, died Sept. 7, 2022 in St. Elizabeth Edgewood Hospital after several illnesses.
She leaves husband, Tom, Hebron, KY; two daughters Katie McGuire (Jim), Hebron, KY, and Laurie Niles (Robert), Pasadena, CA; grandchildren, Madeline McGuire, Natalie Niles and Brian Niles, brother Mike Nolan, and sister Jean Ferriot.
The Noonans moved to Hebron in July 2022, after living for 35 years in Turpin Hills, OH. Pat, a 1962 graduate of Ohio University, worked for newspapers in Athens, OH, and Chicago before marrying Tom in 1967. She worked part time in the English Dept. of high schools in Aurora, CO, where the family lived 1973-87, and in Cincinnati.
Pat had been a docent at the Taft Museum of Art since 2000. Pat was a member of the Anderson Twp. Library Association, Denver Women's Press Club and Pi Beta Phi sorority. An avid reader, she started several book clubs and loved doing puzzles. Pat and Tom traveled extensively in Europe after his retirement in 2006.
Funeral service will be 11 AM., visitation at 10-11 AM on Wed. Sept. 14, at Christ Church Cathedral Chapel, 318 E. 4th St., Downtown Cincinnati. T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home serving the family.
